Have Canon 1D Mk III, Canon 40D, a number of EF and EF-S lenses, Power Shot SD700 IS, FujiFilm E900 and my old Argus C3 as a museum piece.
Am digitizing some of my old Kodachrome slides.
Have Dell and HP laptops, external hard drives, Canon i9900 printer in AZ and Canon Pro 9000 in WA.
Like to mat, frame, and exhibit prints.

I shot this fishing sailboat while we (USS Tolovana AO-64) were supporting the evacuation of the North Vietnamese people who wished to leave to South Viet Nam before the French turned over their rule (French Indo China) to the Communists.

Sunset Rainbow

This is a view from Gunsight Pass in the Santa Rita Mountains of Pima County in southern Arizona. It is looking west over the ghost town of Helvetia with Green Valley beyond. I took this on another trip with Fred. We came up to the pass from the east.

This is closer to Gunsight Pass. The actual pass is through the notch to the left of the gunsight configuration. You can see the road leading up to the notch.

I rode with Fred to look around Helvetia. This plot shows our track on Google Earth as logged by my new gadget from AMOD. The gadget also inserts latitude and longitude into the EXIF data file of each photo I shoot along the way.

The Ocotillo produces these gogeous blooms at the very tip of its long, skinny, shoots.

This is a bloom produced by Spring Goldenweed (Machaeranthera pinnatifida). It is a desert plant that grows from eight to twenty inches high and has a typical yellow daisy type flower head. It is in the Sunflower-Asteraceae family.

We stopped to chat with this cowboy along Bull Spring Road. His grandfather settled this ranch. He was born here and has spent his whole life cowboying. He has, at present, 185 head of beef on 21,000 acres of graze. Elephant Head, a 5640 foot peak, is immediately to his right in the background.

We're on our way, aboard the Norwegian Sun, from New Orleans to Vancouver BC via the Panama Canal . . . an 18 day cruise. Today we are in the Caribbean Sea, proceeding to the Panama Canal, after a stop yesterday in Cozumel, Mexico where we visited the ancient Mayan ruins at Tulum.
